Himiway to officially launch electric bikes in the Netherlands in October

Leading American electric bike company Himiway is launching their industry-leading long range fat tire electric bikes in the Netherlands.

Electric bike sales are booming in the Netherlands and the country currently boasts around 5 million electric bikes. In that light, North America’s renowned long range fat tire electric bike manufacturer, Himiway, has recently announced to foray the Dutch e-bike market with their offerings. The company will debut in the Dutch market with the launch of two of their bestselling Electric bikes on October 14, 2022. 

1 in 3 people in the Netherlands currently owns an ebike; in fact, rising sales of electric bikes led to a mighty volume of 70% of turnover in Dutch bicycle market in 2020. According to market reports, the Netherlands has been witnessing a welcome spike in e-bike sales since 2018 and the  numbers have been steadily increasing over the last few years. The total valuation of the electric bike market in the country rose to an inspiring figure of €9.5 billion last year (2021) from €8.4 billion in 2020, clocking in a rise of a strong €1.1 billion.

As of now, Himiway will be launching two of its long range electric bike models for the Netherlands market. One of them is the Himiway Cruiser. One of the best electric bikes among the all-terrain models, the Cruiser  is backed by a solid 250W motor, 96-long-km of single range,  and 840Wh Samsung battery. The bike features high quality 26 inches fat tires that assure strong grip as well as powerful mechanical stability. Other significant features of Himiway Cruiser include sturdy build with 6061 aluminum frame, industry-leading Shimano 7-speed gear shift system, comfortable saddle seat, LCD display, and more. The bike is able to cover a long stretch of 60-100 km on single charge.

The other Himiway bike to be launched for the Netherlands electric bike market is Himiway Cruiser Step-Thru. This is an elevated version of Cruiser that comes with the additional improvement of the Step-Thru design that assures the most upright position for riders and also makes riding more comfortable for riders who are not tall.

Himiway will be offering sales on both the models from October 14-25, 2022. Customers will receive 100 Euro off for purchasing one bike, and 200 Euro off for purchasing two bikes.
